Saloon in ŠKODA style

The RAPID represents a new design style for the ŠKODA brand, offering a refreshing and visually attractive face. The headlamps are integrated into the grille, creating a unified design unit that makes the car look wider. From the side, the RAPID impresses with its elegant clean surfaces and dynamic lines that, at the same time, suggest a spacious interior. The perfect functionality of the design is also reflected in the shape of the rear doors, which offer generous entry space upon opening. The dynamics and robustness emanate from the vehicle even when looking at it from the rear. Another remarkable detail are the sharp-edged triangles on both sides of the registration plate space.

LED tail lights

The LED tail lights display ŠKODA’s typical C design in an improved shape with a soft, crystalline grinding. A break separating the lines in the upper corner makes the design even more striking. After activation the classic letter C won’t go unnoticed with this ŠKODA vehicle.

Saloon like no other

The RAPID represents a new design style for the ŠKODA brand and offers visually attractive curves of a saloon with roominess of an estate wagon. Every single detail is polished to the perfection: balanced proportions, clear and cleanly modelled surfaces, sharply drawn lines and chrome window strips combine to create an attractive overall appearance.

Classic lines, modern approach

The RAPID stands confident and solid. At 4.50 m in length, this compact saloon impresses with precise design down to the last detail. Its coupé-like silhouette and its long wheelbase especially underscore the elegance of the vehicle’s overall shape. A sharp tornado line creates a clean division of light and shadow.

Bi-xenon headlamps and fog lights with Corner function

The RAPID's bi-xenon headlamps with LED daytime running lights provide better illumination of the road compared to the halogen lamps, as well as attractive, distinctive design. The fog lamps with Corner function serve as classic fog lamps, but at night they can also illuminate the area where you want to turn.

Designed to be a loadmaster

The rear end of the RAPID is as clearly shaped as it is distinctive. A large tailgate opens all the way to the edge of the rear window, giving access to a wide loading bay. This makes the tailgate as much a functional as a design element. The boot is best in class among compact saloons (volume between 550 litres and 1,490 litres).

Interior

To make you feel as home as possible inside the RAPID, you can choose the colour scheme of the dashboard. Depending on the trim level, it can be black-beige or black-black. From the Ambition trim level up, these two combinations are accompanied by decorative strips in one of four options. Trim is also included on the 3-spoke steering wheel. All the seats in the RAPID are pleasantly firm. The front seats have exaggerated side sculpting that reliably holds the driver and passenger in place when cornering. The outer rear seats are also distinctly anatomically moulded for maximum comfort of the two passengers. If necessary, however, enough space can be found in the back for three people.

Generous space even in the back

The RAPID is able to carry up to five people with ease. With an interior width of 1,428 mm and plenty of rear legroom, the car allows four adults to travel in comfort even on long journeys.
